After graduating from Bishop’s University with a bachelor’s degree in finance, Charles started studying for his business and personal insurance licences with the goal of becoming a broker and joining the family practice. When he obtained his certification in 2015, the timing couldn’t have been better: his career started directly at Savoie Assurances.
Cheerful and outgoing, Charles is very sociable and has a well-developed sense of humanity. His has great interpersonal skills, is empathetic, and inspires confidence. Sensitive and kind, he puts his heart into his clients. Always present, he is the first to help in all kinds of circumstances, such as listening to a victim at the scene of a fire and taking the time to reassure him.
Charles is passionate about everything he touches. Ambitious and motivated, he doesn’t count the hours he puts into his work. He is inspired by his clients and takes pride in providing them with outstanding service.
Volunteer involvement of a businesswoman with a big heart
Danielle Savoie is invested in her community. For many years, she has supported numerous causes that are particularly dear to her heart, including the Gisèle Faubert Foundation, on whose board of directors she serves. The donations collected are used to build a palliative care home in Mercier.

Olivier Savoie Saumure
ADMINISTRATIVE DIRECTOR
PERSONAL-LINES DAMAGE INSURANCE BROKER
Olivier took the plunge into property and casualty insurance in January 2021. After accepting Danielle’s proposal, he joined the team as an administrator.
With management experience in large retail companies, he chose to pursue his career and further develop his skills in a company on a human scale, where close contact with people and the warm working environment contribute greatly to his well-being.
Olivier has a calm presence and is known for his reassuring attitude. He supports the team through a variety of administrative tasks. Methodical, organized and disciplined, he is in charge of customer follow-ups. Planning is a major asset in his role. Olivier prepares the groundwork by updating files, performing research, and preparing documents.
NICOLE GUILBEAULT
BROKER ASSISTANT
Discreet, loyal and highly experienced, Nicole previously worked as a commercial insurance manager for a large Quebec firm. Like Danielle, she is a mentor in business insurance for the team. With her comprehensive knowledge of insurance and risk management, she is a real asset to the firm.
Affectionately referred to as the team’s “running back,” she follows up on the marketing of the firm’s business insurance products in order to obtain insurance terms and responses from insurance companies.
Nicole has been with Savoie Assurances since 2019. Calm and respectful, she always has the right words for clients. Her work helps the team to develop, grow, and offer excellent service. She is a key player.
